The hotel offered a welcome package with samples of shampoo and gum, which was a nice touch. the location was very convenient, just a short walk away from the seminar venue. Finally, one of the highlights was the wonderful meal I had at the hotel's restaurant.

The TV in the room was not impressive and the remote had some difficulty working. The heater in the room was also quite noisy, which was a bit bothersome.

The complementary coffee and tea were delicious. The location was great, with easy access to many restaurants and stores. The shuttle service to and from the airport was a real lifesaver during the busy travel season.

The overall appearance of the hotel was outdated and rundown. The rooms were tiny, and the amenities were old and barely functional.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. The beds were extremely comfortable, with luxurious pillow top mattresses and nice bed linens. the hotel provided excellent service, with quick response times to my requests, such as extra towels.

While the hotel had some positive aspects, there were a few negatives. The hotel itself was old and could use some updates, particularly in the room furnishings and carpets, which had some stains.

The hotel is located in a fairly neat area of Sacramento, within walking distance to the Capitol. During the day or early evening, you can enjoy the vibrant atmosphere near a night club which opened across the street, adding to the entertainment options in the area. The rooms are comfortable with cozy beds and clean bathrooms. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making for a pleasant stay. The hotel also offers free parking, adding convenience for guests.

Some areas of the hotel may need attention/updating.
